MNDFL C&T is committed to looking at equity differently, not perpetuating broken systems and taking measures to ensure a greater balance in all that we do. To live the values we aspire to realize, white-identifying facilitators will be paired with BIPOC-identifying facilitators. Conversely, if there is only one facilitator, that facilitator will be BIPOC-identifying.
Practicum facilitators are hand-selected by Rev. angel and David. There will be a handful of Practicum facilitators for each class. You will be able to state your preferences for Practicum facilitators during the application process. We will do our best to accommodate these requests. Rev angel and David will not be leading Practicums.
