Intro to Mindfulness: MNDFLness is rooted in fun..as in fundamentals. This crash course is for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of mindfulness and its FUN-damentals.

MIT + Beyond: Prequalified practitioners with professional experience in health, healing, and wellness industries who want to bring MNDFLness to your communities. I.e., Coaches, Therapists, Yoga Instructors, Social Workers, Education professionals, etc…

OR

Existing Mindfulness and Dharma teachers and Dedicated Practitioners that are traditionally trained, but want to broaden their horizons and learn to "speak evidence" so you can bring your wealth of experience to a wider array of settings.

A 75+ hour comprehensive mindfulness training, in four parts, with the ability to become Certified upon full completion.

What is required to receive the MNDFL Certification?

• Complete all the elements of the Certification & Training from Intro through Final Weekend
  
  
• The online MIT must be completed within 6 months of starting the training
  
  
• Full participation in all aspects and required work throughout the course
  
  
• Only 1 excused absence permitted
  
  
• Following the final Certification weekend, receive support from mentor and approval from MNDFL Training Committee

The beauty of our program is that it is self-guided to provide flexibility for your busy schedule.

Once you begin, you have 6 months to complete MIT and a year to complete the full certification. 

Practicum dates will be announced 3 months out on the Full Certification + Practicum pages.

Mindfulness meditation helps us to get to know ourselves better which in turn allows us to show up for the world as the most honest version of ourselves.

How many students are accepted into the MNDFL Certification & Training?

There is no limit on the number of students who can register for the introductory course or apply for the MIT. 

For the practicum, only 100 students are accepted per class. If you apply and are accepted after your requested practicum round is filled, you will be added to the waitlist or you can select another class. 

For the final certification weekend, space is highly limited. Once filled, accepted applicants will be waitlisted or you can choose to enroll in another cohort. 

MNDFL cannot provide medical advice and our community and Certification & Training Program is not a replacement for or a form of therapy, nor is it intended to diagnose, cure, or treat any medical conditions. We strongly encourage those seeking help with medical conditions to consult a professional.

We seek to cultivate a supportive and safe space to meditate and study together online. If any community members or students are found to be disruptive of this space or require more professional support, MNDFL may choose to suspend participation in the program immediately and indefinitely. 

Lastly, for purposes of safety sharing/use of C&T curriculum and materials by anyone other than the approved applicant is strictly prohibited.

The application fee is non-refundable, as it supports the MNDFL infrastructure needed to thoughtfully review all applications. 

Once accepted into the program, you will be emailed a link to enroll and pay your tuition. Once enrolled, tuition becomes non-refundable.
